City of Tears is, by far, one of my favorite projects. I was very lucky to work with a producer who wanted to give me absolute free rein beyond a stipulation of black and white, and an artist who himself used InDesign. This allowed me to be very flexible in the layout, as Jez Gordon (the artist) could adjust pages to better fit his art later on. Even so, he made very few changes to my original design work
